   The Car was in need of some serious TLC from Peter Vickers and the Team at Altered Image Coachworks. New sills and offside quarter panel required with a new Curley Carbon Fibre front end and bonnet, a new 'Vickers' boot mounted anti-roll bar was also fitted.     The primer goes on, getting the car ready for the oven and it's new paint job. The sub-frames will also come off and be sand blased ready to be powder coated painted black. Here Peter is also getting the car ready for my seat fitting.    After several weeks later and lots of hard work the car has been completely stripped down and re-built, and is now ready for it's journey home. Many thanks to Peter Vickers and the team at Altered Image who gave 100% to this project and what a fantastic end result. Perfect !     Once back to the workshop I get to work on the car myself.   It is more and more starting to look like a real Mini Miglia.      And finally after many months work, a Mig is born.        Vickers Mini Miglia. |
